Safe for children and adults alike, just pop it on your pillow or inside your pillowcase and as the herbs are gently pressed, the aroma should help you to drift off into a peaceful sleep.

Lavender and Hops:
Lavender is well known for its sedative properties and beautiful aroma. It can be helpful with headaches as well as having natural calming properties and so help to still the mind at bedtime. Hops are naturally soporific and this was discovered when early hop pickers used to fall asleep on the job! This was called Hop pickers fatigue and their properties were then adapted to be used widely in sleep pillows.

Alternative filling: Lavender and Chamomile:
Lavender is well known for its sedative properties and beautiful aroma. It can be helpful with headaches as well as having natural calming properties and so help to still the mind at bedtime. When blended with Chamomile it gives a dreamy blend of petals to help you imagine you’re sleeping in an English flower meadow.
