We aim to answer all queries within 1-2 working days wherever possible unless otherwise indicated.

All goods are offered subject to availability but due to the nature of these handmade items there are occasions where items may be unavailable. Where this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible. Aromaprose reserves the right to change prices without notice. All orders made prior to these changes will be unaffected.

OUR PRODUCTS

All products are described as accurately as possible and are bespoke and handmade to order unless otherwise stated. Some items take longer to produce than others so if your order is time critical please contact us for an estimated delivery time and we will advise accordingly. Slight variations in design, colours, fragrances and trimmings may occur and are to be expected, this is the nature of handmade goods. Colours can also vary slightly from images shown due to individual screen resolutions and batches of items made. This should in no way deter from the description of the item you are buying which will be as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any slight variations that occur.

PERSONALISATION

If you have requested a personalised poem within your selection, a draft is available to review before finalising should you wish. All such personalisation requests must show accurate name spelling and Aromaprose cannot be held responsible should the information given be wrong. Errors may be able to be rectified but Aromaprose reserves the right to charge a small fee for amendment should this be the case. Any mistakes made by Aromaprose will of course be rectified free of charge but we would ask that these are reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY

WE WILL NEVER PASS ON YOUR DETAILS TO A THIRD PARTY . By placing an order you agree to be sent a follow up e mail to review your order. This is not obligatory but is very much appreciated if you do so.

PAYMENTS

Website payments are taken by the encrypted secure service offered at checkout. We only use the information you provide us with to process your order efficiently. If you choose to opt in to our Aromaprose Newsletter service, your e mail address will only be used for that service and you can easily unsubscribe from it at any time.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We despatch to UK addresses only. Our postage charge for the UK is a flat rate of £3.25 via Royal Mail 2nd class tracked post. If you spend upwards of £20 the postage is free via the same method, please ensure you select the free delivery box at checkout if your basket has reached this amount. Due to the nature of these handmade items, our order dispatch times may vary but are usually 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated. DELAYS AND LOST IN TRANSIT ITEMS

You will receive e mail notification when your order has been dispatched. Once your order has left our hands, we cannot control the delivery timescale of our partners Royal Mail. If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame having left our care, we will investigate and send out a replacement or issue a refund where deemed applicable. We cannot accept liability for any inconvenience caused by any such non delivery and can only replace or refund to the original value of the goods sold. We cannot be held responsible for goods sent to the wrong address so please ensure that your delivery details are correct and up to date.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the bespoke nature of many of our products, an order can usually only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of being received. However please contact us for up to date information on the status of your order if you wish to cancel and we will advise accordingly. We will always try to accommodate any changes wherever possible.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update and make alterations to these terms at any time to ensure that we comply with current policy and legislation. By using this website, you accept that you are responsible for ensuring that you stay updated on any changes made.

PLEASE NOTE

All items conform to current legislation regarding labelling for safety and or use. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur whilst using our products. Allergen information is always labelled but if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us for advice. All cosmetic products carry an up to date CPSR (Cosmetic Safety Product Report) which is available on request.

No claims are made as to the effectiveness of any of the items sold but are formulated in such a way and use ingredients that have been of benefit to many either historically or mythically. Metaphysical items such as crystals, spells and spell jars are for entertainment purposes only and carry no claims as to their effectiveness. Their use is subjective and sold on the understanding that they are a tool used in an appropriate way by a responsible person. No items on this website are designed for children under the age of 3 and are not toys.

Above all we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Aromaprose purchase and should we not meet your expectations please contact us to discuss. Every endeavour will be made to rectify an unsatisfactory situation or product.
